Thank you for shopping with us at thehairmudd.com. Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All Sales are final. Our Products are of a personal nature and this policy structure is for the safety and health of our staff and our customers.
Please report any issues with your order i.e. (errors on our behalf) within 5 days of receipt of delivery date to ensure proper resolution. Any issue reported outside the specified time frame may result in store credit. It may take up to 5 business days for us to resolve your issue and a decision.
Once an order has been submitted, no edits or cancellations can be made.
The Hair Mudd is unable to honor edit/cancellation requests through any customer support channels.
